Maroon 5 - The Sun
This week’s pick comes from my favorite band of all time, Maroon 5. I recently rediscovered their first album, Songs About Jane, and fell in love all over again! It’s true what they say; the first album is usually the best. It’s filled with hits such as “Sunday Morning” and their breakout record “Harder to Breathe”. After going through the album a numerous amount of times, “The Sun” was a stand out track for me. I loved the lyrics and flow, plus having Adam’s vocals just automatically makes the song 10000x better. So jump in the time machine with me back to 2002, and listen to this perfect pop-rock gem.
